%bits-multi-lingual-atts.ent; JATS BITS Multi-lingual Overrides

Names the module which adds all the multi-language attributes to the BITS Embedded Index Term and Question/Answer elements Done as a separate module to make it easy to remove, iff BITS adds the multi-lingual material. (Which BITS has done Sept 2025, so the next release of JATS can remove this module.)
