%block-display-minus-explanation.class; Display Class No Explanation Elements

The same content as the block display class parameter entity (%block-display.class;) minus the <explanation> element. This parameter entity was set up to be used in <answer> elements, where the XML DTD determinism rules cause problems if <explanation> is allowed at the paragraph-level as well as explicitly at the end of the element.
