Jeff is a Technical information Specialist at the National Center for Biotechnology Information at the US National Library of Medicine. He has been involved in the PubMed Central project since it began in 2000. He has been working in print and then electronic journal publishing since the early 1990s. Currently he is co-chair of the NISO Z39.96 JATSStanding Committee and is a BELS-certified Editor in the Life Sciences.

A contributor to several FLOSS (free/libre/open source sofware) projects, Danilo has, from the University of Sao Paulo - Brazil, a degree in electrical engineering with qualification in computer and digital systems, a bachelor's degree in music with qualification in music composition, and a master's degree in computer science. He works for the SciELO project through HexD Tech, as a data scientist and software developer.

and platforms.
Prior to joining DCL in 1981, Mark was with the consulting practice of Arthur Young & Co. Mark has a BS in Engineering from
Columbia University and an MBA from New York University. He has also taught at the New York University Graduate School of
Business, the New School, and Pace University. He is a frequent speaker on the topic of XML, DITA, AI in scholarly publishing,
and content reuse strategies.

Dorothy Hoskins has worked with XML and XSLT since 2000, at Atypon since 2013. She is the author of XML and InDesign: Stylish Structure: Publishing XML with Adobe InDesign (O'Reilly Media, 2013) ISBN-13: 978-1449344160. Ms. Hoskins finds XML endlessly interesting and loves working with publishers to innovate on how they can use XML content for their production.

Sally Ubnoske is a Senior Business Systems Analyst at Aries Systems Corporation, where she focuses on standards adoption and implementation in the areas of open access, the Open Funder Registry, and inter-system submission transfer. Sally was a member of the original MECA consortium and joined the NISO MECA Working Group in 2018.

B. Tommie Usdin is President of Mulberry Technologies, Inc., a consultancy specializing in markup of textual documents. She is co-chair of the JATS Standing Committee, a member of NISO's Standards Tag Suite Standing Committee, a member of the Book Interchange Tag Suite committee, and chairs Balisage: The Markup Conference. Ms. Usdin has developed DTDs, Schemas, and XML/SGML application frameworks for applications in government and industry. Projects include reference materials in medicine, science, engineering, and law; semiconductor documentation; historical and archival materials.
