Version 1.2d2 Change Report

This 1.2d2 version of the JATS Journal Article Publishing Tag Set includes the changes recommended by the NISO JATS Standing Committee in response to public comments concerning JATS Standing Committee Draft Versions 1.2d1 received through May 2018.
