Place of publication, usually a city, such as New York or London.

Remarks

The <publisher-loc> element is used in several contexts:
  1. As a part of the metadata concerning the article itself (inside the <publisher> element within the <journal-meta>);
  2. Within the metadata that describes external objects such as products being reviewed or related objects being referenced; and
  3. Inside a bibliographic reference list (inside a <element-citation> or <mixed-citation>) within a <ref-list>.
