<ref-list>
Reference List (Bibliographic)
List of bibliographic references for a document or document component.
Remarks
This Tag Set makes no distinction between lists of cited references and lists of suggested references. A reference list may be titled “References”, but it may also bear a title such as “Bibliography”, “Resources”, or “Additional Reading”.
Conversion Note: The optional paragraph-level elements after the title allow for those rare cases where there is explanatory material inside the list, preceding the references.
There may also be similar explanatory material between references or between groups of references, which can be tagged as ordinary text (paragraphs, tables, etc.) between the references elements (<ref>).
