<alt-title> Alternate Title
An alternative or different version of the title of an article or the title of part
of a question/answer set.
Usage/Remarks
Best Practice for Article <alt-title>
The alternative version of the title of a work is typically created so that the title
can be processed in a specific way, for example, a short version of the title for
use in a Table of Contents, an ASCII-only title for display on restricted devices,
a left-running-head title for a print publication, etc.
This element should not be used for either the article title in a different language
(which is merely another <article-title> with an @xml:lang attribute) or the article subtitle <subtitle> (which is an addition to the title).
