<collab-wrap> Collaborative (Group) Wrapper
A container element to hold the name of a collaboration (as <collab-name>) and a list of contributors to the collaboration (as <contrib-group>).
Usage/Remarks
Content of <collab-wrap>
This element currently holds only the name of a collaboration and the names of the
collaboration contributors. Although <collab-wrap> is a direct replacement for the deprecated <collab>, its content is much more restricted. The many elements that were allowed within
a <collab> (such as addresses (<address>, internal references such as cross-references (<xref>) and footnotes (<fn>), external links such as <email>, <ext-link>, and <uri>, <role>, and <on-behalf-of>) should be tagged as part of <contrib> going forward.
Where <collab-wrap> Can Be Used
The element <collab-wrap> may be used only as part of contributor information (inside <contrib>). In all other contexts, the now-deprecated <collab> element should be replaced by the element <collab-name>.
