%bits-multi-lingual-atts.ent; Jats Bits Multi-Lingual Overrides

Override all the BITS Embedded Index Term and Question/Answer elements to add the new multi-lingual attributes. Done as a separate module to make it easy to remove, iff BITS adds the multi-lingual material.
