%modules.ent; Module to Name the JATS Modules

Declares all the external modules that are part of the modular Version 1.1 ANSI/NISO JATS Z39.96-2015 Tag Set library. Since this module declares but does not invoke modules, this DTD then invokes any modules it uses by referencing the external Parameter Entities defined in this JATS Module of Modules.
